Meetings in practice<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The Foundation has been organizing senior gatherings for several years. These have included outdoor gatherings and team-building events, such as a meeting at the Warsaw Zoo and a picnic in Celestyn\u00f3w. Always in a spirit of warmth, closeness, and mutual respect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What happens during meetings?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

  • conversations at the table and outdoors,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • memories from the past and stories that still inspire,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • music, dancing and singing, sometimes integration games and quizzes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • a shared meal and moments of relaxation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • minor attractions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The meetings have a simple format \u2013 the most important things are conversations, presence and relationships.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Why do we do this?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    Relationships don't end the day you leave work. Experience, shared history, and memories have a lasting value. Organizing these gatherings allows participants to reconnect with old connections and feel like they're still part of the community they've built over the years. For many, these gatherings also serve as an important signal that we remember, appreciate, and are grateful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
