The "Youth in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a" program is more than just scholarships. It's an opportunity for students of \u0141\u00f3d\u017a universities to combine passion with learning, develop in a field that interests them, gain first-hand experience, and test their skills in practice. Three of last year's scholarship recipients \u2013 supported by the Uskrzydlamy Foundation and LipCo Foods \u2013 shared with us how participating in the program impacts their daily lives and plans for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The aim of the "Youth in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a" program is to encourage young people to connect their future with \u0141\u00f3d\u017a and pursue their ambitions there. The Uskrzydlamy Foundation, together with LipCo Foods, supports this goal by offering scholarship recipients more than just financial assistance. Thanks to their partnership with the SuperDrob plant in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, they have the opportunity to experience the realities of working in a large company and see how their academic knowledge translates into practical tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201e"The scholarship allowed me to further develop, expand my knowledge, and confirmed my belief that my work and commitment are appreciated. My passion is biotechnology and microbiology. I enjoy gaining new experiences and skills, which allows me to combine theory with practice. Since July 1st, I have been working at SuperDrob, where I particularly appreciate the openness of the team, the good atmosphere, and the opportunity to learn from more experienced people. I hadn't previously heard of LipcoFoods or the SuperDrob plant, and the entire company aligns with my interests, so I'm incredibly happy to have been recognized. My interests, not only academically but also personally, include the food industry (especially fermented foods and beverages \u2013 this was my specialization in college). The internship I completed at SuperDrob was my first opportunity to gain professional experience more specifically in my field. I'm glad I was able to familiarize myself with how the plant operates and learn more about the work of a food technologist. I know that not everyone has this opportunity at such an early stage (undergraduate studies), and I feel incredibly honored and proud that I was given this opportunity.". <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Looking at Marlena, B\u0142a\u017cej, and Lidka, we see more than just three talented scholarship recipients. We see the future of people who have already begun to build their career paths, and in time, they can become leaders, specialists, and mentors for future generations.
