Every day spent in the hospital is a challenge \u2013 especially for children and their families, who often have to stay there for days at a time. A hospital room shouldn't be a second home, but in reality, this is where their daily lives unfold \u2013 during diagnosis, treatment, and the wait for recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We've launched a fundraiser to repaint the rooms at the Pediatric Diabetes and Pediatrics Ward in Warsaw. We want the place where children spend long days to be a little more welcoming and less overwhelming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Color and surroundings will not cure illness, but they can provide a moment of relief, peace, and a sense of greater security \u2013 both for children and their loved ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
