It also operates in a home setting, providing care to patients throughout Lithuania. <br>Last week (July 15\u201318) we managed to visit this extraordinary place and meet the people who create this work, including a very extraordinary person \u2013 Sister Michaela Rak, founder and director of the Vilnius Hospice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The best summary of our meeting may be a conversation with Sister Michaela, who talks about the principles of helping the sick and the goals of this special Home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under this roof one truly experiences the power of love, which is stronger than death, and this special embrace of the heart over the entire space of pain, illness and suffering is visible every day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These few days allowed us to experience with full force that Hospice is Life!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Visit to Vilnius: Hospice is Life.\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/oW2MtCR-Zks?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>W ramach naszych fundacyjnych projekt\u00f3w, od roku wspomagamy &#8222;Most do Nieba&#8221; &#8211; pierwsze i jedyne stacjonarne Hospicjum dla doros\u0142ych i dzieci w Wilnie.
