What workshops do we run?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The workshop topics are broad and flexible. We have organized topics such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • culinary workshops for children of LipCo Foods employees \u2013 conducted in an atmosphere of shared cooking and good fun,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • English language workshops for children and teenagers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Polish language course for foreign-speaking employees,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • economic and financial workshops for high school students \u2013 in a small group, with an emphasis on practical understanding of entrepreneurship and planning for the future,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • beekeeping workshops \u2013 introducing children to the world of bees, their importance and role in nature,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • creative sewing and crocheting workshops for children aged 7-12 \u2013 focused on independent creation, patience and joy of the final result,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • dress code workshops \u2013 full of conversations, examples and practical exercises, aimed at participants associated with LipCo Foods,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • robotics classes conducted by specialists,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • culinary workshops for families in difficult circumstances \u2013 combining cooking lessons with discussions about the daily organization of family life.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Alongside them, other initiatives also appear \u2013 creative, educational and inspiring \u2013 depending on needs and opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What is most important about this?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    The most important thing is the meaning and usefulness of the workshops. We want participants to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • they acquired real skills and knowledge,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • had the opportunity to test themselves in new areas,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • left the classes with the feeling that the time had been well spent,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • had space to talk, ask questions and work at their own pace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      The workshops are intended to provide something tangible \u2013 an experience that can be a starting point for further learning, development or new interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This project organizes a variety of educational, creative, and developmental activities, primarily for children and youth, and in selected cases, for adults as well. Each workshop is tailored to a specific need\u2014sometimes a single meeting, sometimes several. We don't operate according to a single template, as different groups require different forms of support and inspiration. <\/p>\n
