We Give You Wings Workshop

This project organizes a variety of educational, creative, and developmental activities, primarily for children and youth, and in selected cases, for adults as well. Each workshop is tailored to a specific need—sometimes a single meeting, sometimes several. We don't operate according to a single template, as different groups require different forms of support and inspiration.
It is a space for learning, conversation and gaining experience.
What workshops do we run?

The workshop topics are broad and flexible. We have organized topics such as:

  • culinary workshops for children of LipCo Foods employees – conducted in an atmosphere of shared cooking and good fun,
  • English language workshops for children and teenagers,
  • Polish language course for foreign-speaking employees,
  • economic and financial workshops for high school students – in a small group, with an emphasis on practical understanding of entrepreneurship and planning for the future,
  • beekeeping workshops – introducing children to the world of bees, their importance and role in nature,
  • creative sewing and crocheting workshops for children aged 7-12 – focused on independent creation, patience and joy of the final result,
  • dress code workshops – full of conversations, examples and practical exercises, aimed at participants associated with LipCo Foods,
  • robotics classes conducted by specialists,
  • culinary workshops for families in difficult circumstances – combining cooking lessons with discussions about the daily organization of family life.

Alongside them, other initiatives also appear – creative, educational and inspiring – depending on needs and opportunities.

What is most important about this?

The most important thing is the meaning and usefulness of the workshops. We want participants to:

  • they acquired real skills and knowledge,
  • had the opportunity to test themselves in new areas,
  • left the classes with the feeling that the time had been well spent,
  • had space to talk, ask questions and work at their own pace.

The workshops are intended to provide something tangible – an experience that can be a starting point for further learning, development or new interests.
