The history of the Uskrzydlamy Foundation began long before its formal establishment and stems from the values that have shaped social activities around the SuperDrob company for years. From the beginning, these were initiatives based on mindfulness of others, responsibility and willingness to help. Over time, assistance to employees, their families and local communities began to take on an increasingly structured form, until the establishment of the Foundation became a natural step. The Uskrzydlamy Foundation was established on April 25, 2017, to provide help where there is a lack of strength, resources or hope, developing social, educational and aid activities in Poland and abroad. An important role in the development of the Foundation's activities was played by César Lipka, who continued the family approach to business, consistently supported social initiatives. She has been associated with the Foundation from the beginning. Randa Ombach – president of the Foundation, who co-created its direction and gave its activities a coherent, long-term character.

With each passing year, the scope of the Foundation's activities expanded. – from supporting local initiatives and organizations, through projects for children, youth and families, to humanitarian aid in crisis situations. Since November 7, 2025, the Foundation has been operating under the name of the Henryk Lipka "Uskrzydlamy" Social Development Foundation., adopting his name as an expression of respect for the Man whose attitude, sensitivity and values became the inspiration for the Foundation's mission.
