What is this project about?
Once a year, we invite families for a seven-day stay in Jastarnia, on the Hel Peninsula. The Foundation provides everything needed to allow participants to focus solely on being together:
- transport,
- accommodation,
- food,
- common attractions and activities.
It's not about luxury. What matters most is the atmosphere and the long-awaited time when you can leave your everyday life behind and spend time together in a way that's often impossible in everyday life.

Why do we do this?
We see how much families need a break. So much good happens when they can:
- spending time together,
- to talk,
- to laugh,
- take a break from screens, responsibilities and tensions.
Jastarnia provides a space where relationships are naturally rebuilt and children and adults rediscover the joy of being together.
Who is this project for?
The project is aimed at families in difficult life or financial circumstances, in particular:
- single parents,
- families struggling with the disease,
- families experiencing crisis,
- families who would not be able to afford a holiday trip without such support.
Every year we try to invite new families to give as many people as possible a chance.
What is most important about this?
Not just the attractions – although there are plenty of them. What matters most is what happens in between:
- shared meals,
- conversations,
- childish joy,
- a sense of community and being noticed.
It is these moments that make participants return home with renewed energy, peace and the feeling that they are not alone.
It's more than just a vacation
For many participants, this is their first trip together. For the children, it's a time of carefree fun and new experiences. For the adults, it's a time to relax and simply be parents, not organizers of everyday life.
Jastarnia for Families is a project that will stay with you for a long time. Because when families have time to be together, truly important things happen. It's a time that's truly inspiring.
