Last Saturday, we had the honor of being part of something truly special. We participated in the annual TOP CHARITY Grand Charity Auction—an event that annually attracts people eager to share goodness on a grand scale. It was an evening filled with art, conversations, excitement, and encounters that will long be remembered.
The several hundred invited guests included representatives of the worlds of business, culture, and social organizations, as well as international celebrities, including Georgette Mosbacher, Shaquille O'Neal, and Will Smith. But the most important thing was a shared intention – a genuine desire to help where it is most needed.
The result? Over 57 million złoty was raised through the auction of works of art and unique experiences. These funds will support many important projects in Poland and abroad.
From the perspective of the Uskrzydlamy Foundation, this evening was also special because it was the third time we had the opportunity to participate in the Philanthropic Consortium's initiative, not only as guests but also as previous beneficiaries. Thanks to the support we received, we were able to support the construction of two schools in Africa, creating learning environments for children they could only have dreamed of before. Today, children who previously had no access to education are studying there. Just look into their eyes and their smiles to understand how much this support means.
The evening also had an artistic dimension – a magnificent setting, the presence of outstanding artists, beautiful works, and the emotions that accompanied them. A diverse group of people, from different worlds, yet all shared a common belief that helping others is worthwhile. All this created a unique atmosphere.
We thank the organizers for the invitation and their trust. We are delighted to have been a part of this initiative. We return from this evening with renewed energy and hope that we will be able to implement further important projects together.
