We'd like to invite you to join our campaign, which runs until May 10th! Together with the GIVE GOODNESS Foundation, we're organizing a T-shirt collection for orphaned children from Ethiopia who will be participating in a summer camp organized by the Barkot Foundation in Awassa. These children, deprived of their parents, are left alone.
We're collecting T-shirts for them—new or used, but in very good, even pristine, condition. We want these items to be given with care and respect, items we'd want to receive ourselves or would give to a loved one without hesitation.
It is very hot in Ethiopia, so T-shirts made of natural materials, especially cotton, are best.
Maybe you have a T-shirt at home that your child wore only a few times, or after a while, you realized it wasn't to their taste and it's sitting in the closet, forgotten. For you, it's one of many T-shirts. And some children don't have that choice. For them, it's really useful. Because it's often one of the few they'll ever have.
