It's sometimes hard to believe the scale of what has happened in recent years. We've always been committed to ensuring that good, nutritious food doesn't go to waste, but goes where it's truly needed. Today, we can say it out loud: since 2021, we've donated 299,278 kg of food.
These numbers have their weight:
2021 – 33,701 kg
2022 – 53,735 kg
2023 – 64,378 kg
2024 – 66,984 kg
2025 (not yet completed) – already 80,479 kg
These aren't just tons of products. They're meals delivered to homes, community centers, and soup kitchens. It's peace of mind for parents who can feed their children. It's a relief for seniors who don't have to choose between medication and dinner.
But this scale wouldn't be possible if we worked alone. Thanks to our partnership with the LipCo Foods Group, we can donate tens of tons of food annually. But equally important are our local partners across Poland – they, on the ground in their communities, know best who needs support most.
Warsaw and the surrounding area – the Prohomini Foundation in Otwock, the "W Stronę Słońca" Association in Karczew, Caritas of the Warsaw-Praga Diocese, the Brothers Hospitallers, the Salesian and St. John Bosco oratories. Further on, Białystok, Bydgoszcz, Łódź, Kraków, Olsztyn, Wrocław, Lubrza… this map continues to expand. In these places, our kilograms of food are transformed into real aid – meals distributed to the poor, product packages delivered to needy families, support that reaches where it's needed. Behind every ton stands a life. And as we look at this growing map of support, we see something else – a growing sense of community.
Nothing is wasted. Every kilogram counts, every kilogram is put to good use. And although we write about numbers—because they show scale and development—what truly counts is the person. Always the person.
But these aren't the only places we help. We also work with food banks, state and local government institutions, businesses, schools, community centers, and sports clubs.
And we operate not only in the area of food aid – we support social development, education, culture, sports, active recreation, and family and children's activities. We co-organize local events, primarily in Karczew, Otwock, and Warsaw, but also in Lublin, Łódź, and other locations.
As the Uskrzydlamy Foundation (the name obliges 😉), we want to give wings to those who need them most. And although we still have a lot of work ahead of us, we see how, through collective effort, we can make a small difference in the world.
