Managers who want to develop both professionally and privately can join a free 7-month coaching process led by a licensed ICC (International Coaching Community) coach.

Reduction of water consumption

Since 2017, the company has made a number of investments to develop water-based systems for production. In 2019, we completed the planned investments, reducing water consumption at the plant by approximately 251 t/cm³ compared to 2017.

Academy "We Give You Wings"’

The SuperDrob Foundation "Uskrzydlamy" has initiated free weekend classes for children in English and Robotics, thanks to which students can improve their school results and discover new hobbies.

Super Summer Camp 2019

For the third time, the SuperDrob Uskrzydlamy Foundation has organized free summer camps for the children and grandchildren of SuperDrob employees. In total, over the three years, the Foundation has provided 240 summer camp places!

Scholarship Program

This is the third edition of our company's scholarship program, initiated and run by the SuperDrob Uskrzydlamy Foundation. The project has benefited the children of employees in three locations: Karczew, Łódź, and Lublin. Throughout the program, the Foundation has supported a total of 62 scholarship recipients.

Super Initiatives

For the fourth time, SuperDrob organized its annual meeting of over twenty social organizations. SuperInitiatives provide an opportunity to build relationships and strengthen the potential of associations, foundations, and other entities that collaborate with our company.
