Not every difficult situation can be resolved immediately. Often, the first and most important step is simply a calm conversation. One in which someone truly listens, doesn't judge, and helps you see the problem from a different perspective.
That's why we're thrilled that our Foundation's President, Randa Ombach, has completed a 100-hour professional training program for second-degree mediators in conciliatory mediation for marriages and families, organized by the Association of Conciliatory Mediators. The training concluded with practical mediation simulations and a diploma ceremony.
These are further skills we will certainly utilize in the daily work of our Foundation. They are particularly valuable today as we work to create Support and Dialogue Zones for families and couples, but we believe they will also support many other activities we undertake every day.
This is precisely why we are developing – to be even closer to our clients and to respond to their needs even better.
