Yesterday, on March 19, representatives of our Foundation had the opportunity to participate in an important event – the conference "Demographic Policy Today and Tomorrow".
This meeting was special for us because it touched on topics that are truly close to our hearts – concern for families, children, and the future of future generations. At a time when demographic challenges in Poland are increasingly being discussed, such conversations are not only necessary, but absolutely essential.
The conference, held in the Sejm's Column Hall, brought together representatives from various backgrounds – from experts and politicians, through social organizations, to entrepreneurs. It was this diversity of perspectives that was one of the greatest values of the meeting. It clearly demonstrated that concern for the future of society is a shared concern.
The panel devoted to the role of business was particularly close to our hearts. Participants included César Lipka, CEO of LipCo Foods – our long-time partner, with whom we have shared a common approach to social responsibility and practical support for families.
During the conference, it was repeatedly emphasized that politics isn't just about numbers and indicators. It's primarily about people's daily lives – decisions about starting a family, a sense of security, the ability to combine work with raising children. It's also about the social climate, which either supports or hinders the building of relationships and stability.
For us, this meeting was an important confirmation of the importance of actions undertaken jointly – by public institutions, social organizations and responsible business.
