Last Saturday we supported the organization of a family picnic for LipCo Foods employees from branches around Warsaw.
From the early morning hours, at the Municipal Stadium in Karczew, with the help of our volunteers, we prepared food stations and attractions for children, of which we had an exceptionally large number this year. There were eight inflatables alone! There was also a trampoline zone, water balls, a photo booth, and an art zone with eco-bag painting, face painting, colorful braids, balloon figurines, and coloring books. There were also soap bubbles and a sports activity zone led by Paweł Zalewski, the sports animator.
Additional attractions for children included popcorn, ice cream, cotton candy and small sweets in the form of healthy bars.
Of course, there were also attractions for adults, from delicious and varied grilled dishes, through delicious pea soup from the field kitchen, a large selection of vegetable side dishes served hot and cold, to fruit, sweets, and hot and cold drinks :)
For those who enjoy chilling out, there were loungers, picnic blankets, and hammocks in the shade of the trees. There were also fire pits for bonfires and sausages.
The biggest attraction of the evening was, of course, the dance floor, which filled 100% after sunset. The dance portion of the event began with a beautiful Nepalese dance performance by Susmita Thapa Tuladhar and Inn Kumari Roka (both of whom work for the SOLANO Group).
It must be admitted that it was a wonderful time spent with family and friends in exceptionally favorable weather.
We are very pleased with the number of smiles on the faces of both young and old participants and the repeated questions: "So when is the next picnic?"„
Needless to say, we can't wait for another meeting like this :)
