We help talents grow
We believe that every talented child deserves support—especially if they come from families where additional resources for development are not always readily available. The program allows young people to discover their potential, build self-confidence, and open new educational and life paths.
Since the establishment of the Uskrzydlamy Foundation in 2017, the program has been one of our key educational initiatives. We see how many children and young people possess ambition, diligence, and curiosity about the world – and it is precisely this potential that we want to support.
Who is the program for?
The program is open to children and grandchildren of LipCo Foods employees. Participation is open to:
- students from the 7th grade of primary school,
- secondary school students,
- students up to 21 years of age.
How does support work?
The scholarship is paid in monthly installments, ranging from 200 to 350 PLN, throughout the school year. Funds can be used for courses, workshops, educational, sports, or artistic equipment – all aimed at developing a child's talents and passions.
Why is it worth supporting young talents?
Thanks to this support, young people can pursue their passions, learn more, and dream boldly about the future. Each scholarship is a small step that allows children to spread their wings and explore the world on their own terms.
We believe that by supporting the youngest, we give them the feeling that their dreams matter and that every small success is important and appreciated.
