The Uskrzydlamy Foundation, which grew out of the SuperDrob company, provides closeness and friendship to employees, including seniors.
We maintain warm relationships with those nearing retirement and retirement age because we remember and appreciate their many years of work and contribution to the development of SuperDrob. We are grateful for their dedication and commitment to building an organization that is becoming a serious multi-food company. Especially after 30 years, it's clear how important individual people are in building a company.
To this day, we draw on their wisdom and experiences, which support us in our daily work, and without which we probably would not be where we are now.
To express our gratitude and honor their efforts, on May 9th, we organized a meeting for seniors at the Zoo in collaboration with the Panda Foundation for the Development of the Warsaw Zoo. The meeting provided an opportunity for networking, reconnecting and reminiscing with colleagues. Numerous attractions combining nature, culture, and history were prepared on-site.

Thank you very much for the opportunity to participate in such a pleasant meeting for SUPERDROB seniors organized by the Uskrzydlamy Foundation on May 9, 2023, at the Warsaw Zoo. I would like to express my gratitude for organizing a tour of the zoo with professional staff and sharing unique knowledge about the history of the Żabiński villa. At the same time, this meeting allowed us seniors to connect, and we reminisced endlessly. Thank you, Randa, and everyone who contributed to the meeting, which included a delicious lunch and a generous dose of history, nature, and culture. During the conversations with the meeting participants, your Foundation efforts, vacations, summer camps, and more were appreciated. Tuesday, May 9th, will certainly be remembered as an exceptionally pleasant day. This is thanks to the Uskrzydlamy Foundation, which, as part of its "ZOO University for Adults" program, invited seniors from SuperDrob to the Warsaw Zoo. We met up with friends we hadn't seen for years, but we all recognized each other. The tour of the zoo was incredibly interesting. We were guided by the women who work there ("treasure troves of knowledge"): Agata, Kasia, and Ola, and everything was overseen by the Foundation's director, Randa, who accompanied us. It was truly an incredibly enjoyable time. I think we'll express our gratitude, on behalf of all the participants, for inviting us and allowing us to spend time in such pleasant surroundings.
