On Friday, August 25th, a meeting was held in Karczew between the Minister of Family and Social Policy, Barbara Socha – who was visiting the company SuperDrob SA – and the beneficiaries of the Uskrzydlamy Foundation. The Minister listened with great interest to the stories, often very sad, but also very moving and uplifting, often bringing tears of emotion. The situation of Polish families, children, and their struggles are close to the Minister's heart and the Foundation's. During this time, many kind words and expressions of gratitude were expressed to the Foundation by both the beneficiaries and Minister Socha. This was a very important meeting for us – the people working at the Uskrzydlamy Foundation. Once again, we realized that our work has a profound meaning, that we are needed, that someone thinks of us with gratitude. This motivates us to take further action.
The meeting was also attended by the Mayor of Karczew, Mr. Michał Rudzki, who supports the Foundation’s projects and activities.
