This year marks the 30th anniversary of SuperDrob SA, the company we represent. We celebrated this special occasion outdoors by organizing a SUPER FAMILY PICNIC on September 2nd at LKS Mazur Karczew. All employees from Poland and abroad, along with their families, were invited to the event. We wanted the atmosphere to foster integration between employees and their families on many levels: cultural, sporting, and cognitive. We can honestly say we achieved this. Saturday's event was an organizational success, great fun, and a great turnout. Approximately 2,000 people gathered. We were also honored by the presence of our Guests of Honor, including: Ms. Barbara Socha – Government Plenipotentiary for Demographic Policy and Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Family and Social Policy together with her Family, Mr. Krzysztof Szczegielniak – Starost of Otwock, Mr. Michał Rudzki – Mayor of Karczew and Mr. Ariel Sobczak – President of the Management Board of the Solano Group employment agency.
This picnic event is a perfect example of uniting people from different nations: Ukraine, Moldova, Spain, Indonesia, Nepal, Kyrgyzstan, Colombia, and Poland. Although we are different, we are paradoxically similar. Contrary to appearances, it is precisely this diversity that unites us, and that is beautiful.
The unique format of the event, which we enriched with selected attractions from the Super Festival of Cultures, proved to be a great success. Amidst the excitement of the picnic, employees from around the world presented their cultural heritage and traditional culinary specialties, accompanied by tastings. Additionally, at high noon, a Super Festival football match was played at the stadium, featuring Team SuperDrob vs. Team SuperDrob World. The event was distinguished by its relaxed atmosphere, fostering strong interpersonal and intercultural relationships among employees.
The Super Family Picnic is not only a team-building activity, but also an educational one. We've prepared an engaging program and setting for the event. We provided a wealth of thoughtful activities for children, including beekeeping workshops, a guide dog encounter, workshops exploring the world of the blind, chemistry experiments, and first aid training. There were also inflatables, face painting, creative games, and artistic activities. It was a great opportunity for parents and children to be creative and active together. We also catered to the adults, creating a dance floor with professional DJ entertainment. The fun and frolic on the dance floor lasted until late into the night 😊. Meanwhile, a bonfire was lit in the evening, allowing guests to roast sausages, chat, and enjoy the moment. And as befits a birthday party, sweets arrived at dusk, with a birthday cake at the forefront. The festivities began around 9:00 PM, when a magnificent light show unfolded in the sky. Everyone watched the fireworks display, which further enhanced the event, and the delight was endless. The picnic area featured relaxation, culinary (barbecue, branded products from Multifood Group SuperDrob SA and CPF Poland SA, exotic dishes from the SuperFestiwal Kultur kitchen), children's, dance, and sports areas. Everyone found something for themselves.
The event's main theme was the 30th anniversary of SuperDrob SA. It also served as a way to thank employees for their many years of commitment and hard work. The company's primary value is its people. Therefore, in addition to celebrating anniversaries, other team-building events, meetings, and company picnics are organized so that employees can get to know each other better beyond their professional perspectives. It's important that they feel comfortable in the company and around the people they work with. A responsible employer meets the needs of its employees. One of these is undoubtedly providing a space where they can spend time together and strengthen friendships outside of the workplace.
We're pleased that the friendly nature of the event helped foster bonds between employee teams and families. The event unfolded in a friendly and joyful atmosphere, with a warm, family-friendly atmosphere.

Everything was wonderfully organized!!! Anyone who organizes events like this should follow your example. It was fantastic for both the young and the old. It was great that they provided and supervised the inflatables so the smaller ones could use them too. They didn't let the bigger ones climb onto the balls. Absolute professionalism on your part!!! Thank you so much for organizing Saturday's event to celebrate the 30th anniversary of SuperDrob. Although the SuperFestival of Cultures has been held every year, this was the first time it had such a wonderful setting. It exceeded our wildest expectations. Kudos to you for organizing it!. Delicious food, a stunning fireworks display, and beautiful Nepalese dance performances. It was also the first time we had the opportunity to mingle with other nationalities, especially on the dance floor. It was interesting and we even had the opportunity to dance something exotic. A fantastic party, thanks again – we had fun until the very end.😊
