On May 29th, to celebrate Children's Day, we partnered with the Karczew Cultural and Sports Center to organize a Polish-Ukrainian picnic at Lake Moczydło. This major initiative involved numerous companies, institutions, and organizations (as partners and sponsors). It was no coincidence that this family event was organized in Karczew, where the largest number of refugees has been accepted.
In addition to the picnic, we prepared a variety of attractions – artistic performances, game zones, workshops, inflatable slides, and the "Have Fun with Winnie the Pooh" city game. Each participant also had free access to the food court. Guests could enjoy delicacies from the SuperDrob grill and sample Ukrainian cuisine. The event allowed Polish and Ukrainian families to bond, as well as provide moments of respite, relaxation, and fun for children and parents. Everyone had a GREAT time with a capital "G"!
