In the face of the difficult situation related to Russian aggression in Ukraine, the SuperDrob Foundation "Uskrzydlamy" actively helps and supports employees, their families, and loved ones – citizens of Ukraine.
We are responding to these needs and providing immediate support through fundraising, medical supplies, food, material needs, housing, providing care for Ukrainian children and activities for their mothers, as well as psychological and legal support. These last few days have been a test of solidarity, sensitivity, and empathy for all, which we, as a socially responsible organization and as individuals, strive to pass with the best of our ability.
The "Uskrzydlamy" Foundation, operating at the SuperDrob company, pursues its social mission with a commitment to others – their problems and needs. Currently, our activities are particularly focused on helping Ukraine. We are not indifferent to the current and future fate of our neighbors. Our support covers a wide spectrum of activities. We support both those fighting for their freedom and those seeking safe haven outside their homeland. This is an extremely difficult mission that requires our full mobilization and willingness to undertake joint actions. Its dimensions include, on the one hand, effective assistance, and, on the other, the ability to cooperate and stand in solidarity with the citizens of Ukraine.
We've established a dedicated team to coordinate the company's humanitarian aid for refugees. Ukrainian employees are also part of this team, as this allows us to best understand their specific needs. By meeting, talking, and listening to each other, we work together to develop the best solutions.
The "Uskrzydlamy" Foundation's dedicated assistance to Ukrainians involves collaboration with a number of cultural and educational institutions, local authorities, and non-governmental organizations. Furthermore, within the SuperDrob Capital Group, many company employees have joined in organizing accommodations for refugees, also hosting those in need in their own homes. Counteracting this dramatic situation also involves active participation in crisis management teams, involvement in the creation of radio media materials, providing psychological and legal support, and organizing fundraisers for clothing, toys, hygiene products, dressing materials, and medications.
In addition to raising funds for the people of Ukraine, we also strive to provide care for refugee children and their mothers, including various activities. By collaborating with institutions involved in sports, culture, and education, Ukrainian wives and mothers can escape the difficult situation in their homeland, even if only for a moment. We want to give them the opportunity to experience a modicum of normalcy.
Additionally, we donate tons of SuperDrob food products to various organizations, NGOs, companies, and individuals who provide shelter in their homes for those in need. Within the company, we also conduct numerous awareness-raising and solidarity initiatives among employees. These include wearing ribbons in Ukrainian colors, drafting an official letter to Ukrainian employees, and effective email communication involving all company employees, requesting their support and involvement.
We do what we can because these are our people, our colleagues, whose fathers, brothers, and sons are bravely fighting – not far away – for their freedom, and perhaps ours as well.
